We take on the whole house: strip-out, structural alterations, services, finishes and handover. One contract, one programme and one team accountable for every trade.
Our own team covers construction, electrical, plumbing and heating, so the first fix is coordinated before a wall is boarded. Specialist trades join under our management, not as separate contracts you have to chase.
We work to the architect's or designer's drawings and help value-engineer where it saves money without lowering the finish.
